Error code: -8 (VER_NO_MEMORY)

i dont understand why this comes up? ive got 4GB of ram on my machine and 1GB allocated to the virtual machine. that should be plenty right?

im using osx 5 to run xp

I'm not a Mac person and probably won't be of much help to you, but I'll throw this out there. Is the error message reported by the host system or the guest? If it's the guest, is it from the BIOS or the OS itself? I'm sure these details will help you get an answer quicker.
