The logs show that VirtualBox can not connect to the hosts interface, can I assume you have tried to cold boot the host?
Does this happen on all guests?

Unfortunately there is not much that we can do since it is not a released version, and to top that off VBox probably will not even look at it until the release because of changes that are made in the OS code until frozen.
Don't misunderstand me I think you should test anything and everything. Just pointing out that support will be down the road unless a user like you finds a cure. But it sounds serious to me.
maybe you could the problem I have with doing that is I have two Macs, an iPad, a Chromebook and an iPhone (when at home) that all connect through an AirPort/TimeCapsule and it would be kind of a pain. I don't even know if I can change 802.* adapters.
