VirtualBox shows a box when starting my VM:

A Domain Name Server (DNS) for NAT networking could not be determined. Ensure that your host is correctly connected to an ISP. If you ignore this warning the guest will not be able to perform nameserver lookups and it will probably observe delays if trying so.

Behind the Box Debian starts fine, but no Nameserver available.

Do I really have to start a DNS for NAT networking and how?

If I start Tunnelblick (which is a graphical openvpn client for mac) prior to starting Virtualbox, then I get this error.

Even if I exit Tunnelblick I get this error.
