Previous Windows Installation

Hi, I have Leopard w/ Boot Camp, and already have Vista installed via Boot Camp; Is there anyway that I could use the install I already have on my other Boot Camp partition instead of having to install another Windows copy through Virtual Box?

I have Vista installed through Boot Camp for the sole reason of playing my games, but there are some programs such as Windows Live Media Center, which I would like to run while still in OS-X.

*I already have the MacFUSE ntfs plug in installed that lets me access my NTFS Windows Partition

I recognize this is probably a no, but i just want to see if i can make things easier.
