Activating Windows XP

I am using a MacBook Pro as a host with Windows XP as a guest. I am working on a network with no DHCP (Fixed IPs) and a Proxy Server that requires a login to get to the internet. I was able to get on the internet but I am unable to activate windows. Is there a way to bridge the network to the guest XP? I really need to run a window native program that need our local network. So I need to activate and assign a local IP any ideas? (I know I can call to activate, but it takes time I

Could it be a Firewall Problem?

Can you activate the Guet @Home?

So: Copy vdi to DVD, copy from DVD to PC on another PC / Network, then activate, then the same back.
