Cannot install VirtualBox on MacBook Pro

Virtual Box 1.4 will not install on my MacBook Pro. I had 1.3 installed previously but used the uninstaller so now have no versions installed. I get a message that there were errors installing and the option to try again which results in the same error message.

There is no VirtualBox 1.4 for OS X yet, it's still Beta 1 which is 1.3.99

Oh, I see there is no version number on the website so I just assumed it was vesion 1.4. In any case, VirtualBox will not install on my MacBook Pro. I downloaded from the website and from VersionTracker and got the same error message each time:
