Error Msg For XP guest

Error Msg For XP guest
I keep getting this error msg when trying to install XP. I'm not sure if its setting on the virtual machine or something else. I checked the Windows CD and it works fine, I used it to create a BootCamp Partition, so I know for sure its a working CD. Can someone please help with this, I have attached a screen shot of the error msg.

A lot of people that use VBox on MAC have to set the CD/DVD for passthrough in the guest settings to get it to work properly.
