Problem with cursor in Win XP

Hi I just downloaded virtual box tonight and I am running Windows XP on it. My host machine is a Macbook Intel 2 Core Duo that I bought in Feb. Everything this working great except my cursor in Windows. For some reason it moves around erratically and won't let me click on anything. I am not using an external mouse, just the touchpad. When I run Windows full screen sometimes it will work better, but almost never when I try to run them side by side. Can someone help me out please?
