Please provide the parameters that you are trying to use including the version of VBox, the amount of RAM the host has and what you are giving the guest. Also include the information in the general settings.

Re: Win7 VirtualPc/Winoows XP Mode...
Windows XP mode in Win7 is a special version of MS Virtual PC. So it would be a VM inside VM which doesn't work....

This is a VBox forum, we don't deal with questions about VPC or the new virtual feature of w7.Win7 VirtualPc/Winoows XP Mode...

That cant work.
The Mode needs VT. But the Windows 7 Guest also is using VT to run. The XPM is a Guest in a Guest. It would be the same installing VMWARE in a VirtualBox Guest, that doesnt work, too.

Re: Win7 VirtualPc/Winoows XP Mode...
As we are in the "VBox on Mac OS X Hosts" my guess was that the OP wanted to run that as VBox guest, which should be a relevant question (even if the answer is "not supported").vbox4me2 wrote:This is a VBox forum, we don't deal with questions about VPC or the new virtual feature of w7.Win7 VirtualPc/Winoows XP Mode...
