any1 can get isight to work on windows 7? and how?

I don't have Windows 7, but based on my Windows XP experience this first thing to look at is giving the guest OS control of the USB device, in the VM settings.
VB version: 6.x Primary OS: MacOS X 11.0.1 on Intel Mac

For help in using Windows you need to ask the Microsoft forum. This is completely outside the scope of VirtualBox.
