VBox 2.2.0 Two machines won't install

I'm using VBox 2.2.0, I first installed Kubuntu 8.10 i386, then created a new machine and tried to install Fedora 10 i386 then all of a sudden VBox couldn't read and the DVD disappeared from my desktop.
After I while I opened my installed Kubuntu and then the Fedora DVD came upp asking to install
So I installed thinking I would reinstall Kubuntu on yet another machine. But now it's the same story again, Kubuntu will only install on the machine with Fedora installed not on any of the new ones I created. 
Please help, I'm going nuts!
