Standby in WinXP greyed out since 2.1.2 on OS X host

Standby in WinXP greyed out since 2.1.2 on OS X host

Hi

I've got two MacBook Pros each with a vbox running a Win XP. Since (I believe) and upgrade to 2.1.2 the Standby button has been greyed out - much to my dismay. Now I'm on 2.1.4 which didn't resolve the matter. Anyone got an idea what's wrong?
