Windows Vista on MacBook Pro

Post by jeffkoe »

Can anyone tell me how to perform a "right click" (w/o attaching an external mouse) on Windows guest on a MacBook Pro? Thanks!

Have you tried doing the placing two fingers on the touch pad and clicking method?

I have not tried Vista but with XP Pro it is left Apple Key - the Host key - and the mouse button beneath the touch pad pressed together.

Interestingly, this both bounces me out of the Virtualbox window and performs the right click simultaneously. Best solution so far. Thanks!

With XP Pro the behavior You described happens only when there are no guest additions are installed in the virtual machine.
