I just read over your log. There are other people here in the forum that will understand more of it than I, but the following lines
----------------------------------------------------------
00:03:52.138 PGMDynMapHCPage: set is full!
00:03:52.138 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
00:03:52.138 !!
00:03:52.138 !! Guru Meditation -2701 (VERR_VMM_RING0_ASSERTION)
00:03:52.138 !!
00:03:52.138 PGMDynMapHCPage: set is full!
---------------------------------------------------------
lead me to the assumption that your virtual disc is full.

You can test this without destroying anything by booting your vm from a linux-live-cd like knoppix or from a windows-live-cd like Bart-PE or Vista-PE, or from the image of such a cd. Then look at your virtual hd. If there only a few megabytes are left, this will be the problem, you then will have to delete some files from one of the Temp-folders to get sufficent free space again.
I hope this helps ...

The disk is filled with 4.34 GB of information.

It is a 10 GB disk file, 5.30 GB are used and 4.68 GB are free.
That is plenty.

So I do not know what I could clean up or change?

Sometimes Windows told me that the virtual memory is low
and that it is adjusting it.

No. 4.68GB is enough. So my guess was wrong and that critical error must have other reasons.
But you should obtain a bart-pe or vista-pe, because it includes several tools that may allow to repair your installation.

Hey

I was able to boot into Win with the safe mode. So something triggers the crash when I boot in a normal mode.

I changed the memory mapping to the system deciding it instead of having a fixed value.

This seems to have changed it. It does not crash anymore.

The next thing you should do is to copy your working virtual disc. Or use the finders duplicate-function. And it is not wrong to keep the copy at a save place. TimeMachine does that for you.
