Running VirtualBox 2.1.0 on OS X 10.5.6 with 3Gig of RAM
Guest OS: Solaris 10 (sol-10-u6-ga1-x86-dvd_001).
Each time I try to add a SATA disk, Solaris boots and displays the following message early on for each SATA disk configured:
ahci_port_reset: port 0 BSY bit is not set after COMINIT signal is received
(when multiple SATA drives are configured, the port number increments with each message)
After a time-out period, the boot does continue and the OS comes up but none of the SATA drives can be seen (even after running devfsadm).
I have everything (except 3D Accelleration) switched on. Here's the configuration:
