I have a clean install of WinXP SP2 running as a Guest OS in VirtualBox. Host is OS X 10.4.10 on a MacBook Pro (Intel). Viso installs cleanly and starts as expected. When trying to load an existing diagram or create a new one, the stencils load in the left panel and then the application crashes and offers to send a report to Microsoft. I installed the guest additions prior to installing Visio. I have tried using msconfig to boot the VM without the Guest additions, unfortunately this had no impact on the problem.

I am running VirtualBox 1.4.1-beta2, using the included version of Guest Additions.

Any suggestions?
