A Required Security Module Cannot Be Activated?

Hello All:

I have found a thread on this a few weeks ago which I found once but cannot seem to find again for an update.

I am on a

MacBook 13"
2 Ghz Dual Core Processor
2 Gig RAM
Running Leopard 10.5

The host I am running is windows xp with SP3.

I am trying to run a game from a cd that I purchased but I keep getting the error:

A Required Security Module Cannot Be Activated
This Program Cannot Be Executed (3000)

Then there is a link to a website which instructs me to disable a program or process called SoftIce

Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
