new user- xp on virtual box installed on max os 10.5 leopard

1. i made a virtual machine and dedicated a 20 gb disk space to it and installed xp on it. however this machine is only available to my user account and not my bros. how can i make the virtual machine common to all user account on my mac?
2. there are three devices shown in devie manager as not having proper drivers installed in xp.
a. base system device
b. pci device
c. video controller (cga compatible)
3. i can get only 4:3 resolutions.
4. i was able to configure sound but i dont see any graphics option in virtual box settings.
5. in settings i marked a mac folder containing pc files as 'shared' however i dont see it in network places in xp.

any suggestions?[/list]

Yes.

Read the User Manual how to install Guest Additions in the XP Guest.

With this feature you have better hardware support in the Guest and shared folders.

what exactly is/are this guest additions? i dont see anything such in the downloads section.

From VirtualBox select menu Help->Contents. This will bring up the document new VB users ought to read.

Guest Additions are in an ISO already installed on your computer with VB.

You can install then by running the VM then selecting menu Devices->Install Guest Additions.
