VirtualBox Guest Additions on Win 10

When you click on the virtualbox taskbar item, is something supposed to happen other than the tooltip showing up? I seem to remember getting settings for the drivers or something, in the past, but now, no matter what version of Vbox I use from 5.2.44 onward, with all combinations of guest additions, it doesn't seem to do anything.

In every Virtualbox Guest Additions I've used, the GAs system try icon only shows a tooltip with the GAs version.

Ok. That's reassuring. Maybe my memory is conflating Apple's Bootcamp or something. Off to worry about something else for a while .
