Unfortuantelly my Win10 Virtual Machine does not start after updating to OSX 13 Ventura.
The virtual machine 'Win10' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).
Result Code:
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Version details:
virtualbox 6.1.32
Host OSX Ventrua 13.2.1
Guest Win10 (64-bit)
It looks like the two *.vdi Files can not be accessed correctly.
They are located on an external SSD, which is mounted into the OSX System.
The following steps didn't bring any success:
* Check Acces to Removeable Volumes in Settings>Privacy & Security>Files and Folders
* Discard Saved State in the virtual machines context menu ist grayed out
* Uninstall virtualbox 6.1.32, reinstall virtualbox 6.1.32
* Uninstall virtualbox 6.1.32, install virtualbox 7.0.6 (Allowing Access)
* Removing the drives from the Virtual Media Manager, re-adding them again. (Hence virtualbox has actually access to the files. At least I could select them to be added)
Please give me further advice, since I've got important data in the *.vdi files.

On Ventura, you'll have to run 7.0, since Apple forced no kexts. I'd suggest a complete uninstall of the Virtualbox app (your VMs will remain). Then reboot and try installing Virtualbox 7.0 again. If there are any Security Apps (I hear tell Apple is a tad interested in security...) have them open to receive and act on any messages while Virtualbox is installing.

Thank you @scottgus1 for your support.
I just did again, what I've already done before:
Uninstalling virtualbox 6.1.32.
Reboot the Mac
Install virtualbox 7.0.6 (Accepting that virtualbox can run in the background)
Reboot the Mac
Start the virtualbox
And now it works!
