I have a problem with running a virtual machine.
The very virtual machine with Windows 7 I created on a laptop Apple, the laptop was on the Intel processor and the laptop itself I no longer have, I saved the files and installed a new VirtualBox on my new iMac with a processor M1 (iMac 2021 M1m 8Gb RAM, MacOS Ventura 13.1), that is already another assembly of VirtualBox.
The virtual machine is easily located on the computer and just as easy to start, I see the boot screen Windows, select the boot option and then I wait 15-30 seconds and the VirtualBox itself gives me an error and crashes.
Can you advise me how to solve this problem?
Error codes attached
Thanks!

Cue "screeching tires with crash afterwards" noise.soydenorte wrote:new iMac with a processor M1
Please see the M1/M2 sticky in Mac Hosts. This project will not work.

Re: Virtual machine crashes on startup
FWIW, I also tried running a Win 7 (32-bit) VM on an M1 MAX MacBook Pro and it aborted during the startup process. The VM was newly created on an Intel MacBook Pro and launched normally on that machine both before and after the failed M1 attempt, so it does appear that the VirtualBox M1 BETA build is not yet able to manage Windows 7 emulation.
At present, WindowsXP and earlier currently appear possible, from the tests I have been able to perform.

Re: Virtual machine crashes on startup
I have a similar issue. I have a MS-DOS 6.22 VM (not yet) ant when I load MS-DOS setup, it says "Starting MS-DOS..." and then crashes with a "VirtualboxVM quit unexpectedly" error. I am using the M1 dev beta, version 7.0.6_BETA4 r155176 (Qt6.3.0). Can anyone help me?
