Recently updated to macOSVentura Version 13.0.1 - unsure of what I was thinking, but what is done is done...
only one of the VM's has become Inaccessible - unfortunately, it Is my primary one.
Runtime error opening '/Users/lss/VirtualBox VMs/Windows 10 (64-bit)/Windows 10 (64-bit).vbox' for reading VERR_ACCESS_DENIED (Access denied.).
/Users/vbox/tinderbox/mac-rel/src/VBox/Main/src-server/MachineImpl.cpp[1025] (nsresult Machine::i_registeredInit()).
Result Code:
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0X80004005)

Have performed the following:
uninstalled / reinstalled VirtualBox
reinstalled and reinstalled extension pack
verified all Privacy & Security settings on Mac
- Files and Folder access -allow VirtualBox
- Full Disc Access - allow VirtualBox
- Accessibility - allow VirtualBox
- Accessibility - allow VirtualBoxVM
- App Management, allow application to update or delete other applications
- Profiles - Oracle VirtualBox VM shows 'Expires 5/19/40' in red, but when I open it, the screen shows Oracle VirtualBoxVM Verified (Verified is in green)
I have tried to attached the last VBox.log that was recorded before this issue but the file size is 267kb and the allowable max is 128KiB.

Zipped logs fit. However, the log is of the VM when it was accessible and running, so likely not going to help with this issue.
This does not look like a Virtualbox-caused problem. Virtualbox doesn't set files to be access-denied. Probably a permissions issue on the file or path in the host OS.
