Guest OS type "Windows NT"? If it's XP (32bit) then use the "XP (32bit)" template.
BSOD 0x7B is normal for XP if you didn't install it yourself on the current hardware. It means that the boot drive it remembers having no longer exists, and you did not run the MergeIDE patch before the migration to a new platform. See https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Migrate_Windows.

Re: WinXP slow and crashed VB 7.0.4 Monterey 12.6.2
I used Other Windows x86 because I saw there was an issue with Linux Hosts and WinXP in the changelog and I assumed it could be the same.
What about the slowness?

Won't boot, as in "Won't go", is slower than slow. Fixing the stop error will get the VM booting.
Additionally, 7.0 has to use the Apple hypervisor engine instead of the Virtualbox hypervisor engine, because Apple forced not using kexts anymore. Therefore, the VMs under 7.0 will be slow. Look at the VM's Status bar: there's a green turtle in it, same as when a Windows Host is forcing Hyper-V. The choice of animal is appropriate for Apple-hypervisor-engine operation.

Found the mergeIDE patch and worked very well. Thanks!
XP Vm is now working but very slow.
And yes, there's a green turtle.

Great! Glad you're up and running.
Nothing can be done about the turtle on Apple hosts at this time.
