Vbox beta2 on Mac Pro?

Hi,
I just installed the latest beta of Vbox on my Mac Pro (OSX v10.4.10 and two dual-core Intel Xeons). I was waiting for this release as it should support 64-bit CPU's but when I try to boot my virtual machine (same for both Windows XP and linux guests), I get this error:
Failed to allocate 106496 bytes of contiguous memory for the VM structure!
.
VBox status code: -8 (VERR_NO_MEMORY).
Result Code:
0x80004005
Component:
Console
Interface:
IConsole {1dea5c4b-0753-4193-b909-22330f64ec45}
Am I doing something wrong? The Mac Pro has USB keyboard and mouse. I have turned off every "extra" such as shared clipboard, etc.
Thanks.
