Cannot create Shared Folder on Mac OS(host)/WinXP(guest)

Hi, I tried creating it but in the avalable window there are only two option = Cancel or Create. The latter is NOT available, hence it is in vin to eneter the Path and the FOlder (they are the same by default, it seems).

hi docman,
if i'm not wrong, the functionallity of creating a sharefolder in the OSE (OpenSourceEdition) is not implemented/activated. try this http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Sharing_files_on_OSE
for a workaround.
