I'm trying to setup a windows 10 guest on my Mac running Monterey, but it's running so slow that the guest is essentially unusable. I'm just getting into using VirtualBox for the first time so forgive my ignorance on how things should be setup.
I've been mucking around with the settings for a few hours now, but I haven't been able to run anywhere close to smooth. I'm not using the max possible settings and I'm not using the lowest either. I'm not sure what In need to change to get this up and running. Anyone have any ideas?
My host setup:

You could try the suggestions I made in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=104878&p=511439#p511415
I think your CPU allocation is OK.
Try reducing the VM RAM allocation to 3GB - you are currently close to the limit of your available RAM with having 4GB allocated.
Do remove/disable VirtualBox in the Security&Privacy preference panes as suggested in the linked topic.
I hope that helps.
