I got this error as well.....
I think it was due to an upgrade Virtual Box did and same on me if I allowed it after fixing the last time by installing from HomeBrew
Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.
where: suplibOsInit what: 3 VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED (-1908) - The support driver is not installed. On linux, open returned ENOENT.

This error has appeared a lot on Mac Hosts. I forget where the solution is posted, as I'm more Windows-centric in my knowledge. Try web-searching
