size/mouse

I recently downloaded virtual box on a new macbook and am using it with windows xp. It works great but I'm wondering if there's anyway to get the window larger so it's the same size as when I'm running any other program on mac. The window is fairly small and is difficult to work with the one program I need on the windows side. Also the mouse jumps. One simple movement and it either doesn't move the cursor or it jumps the cursor to the complete opposite side. Does anyone have any suggestions? I may actually have to run parrellels if I can't this to work better, does anyone know if these are problems with that too?

Have you install Guest Additions on your XP client (see section 4.2 of the User Guide).
