I have been trying to install Windows via VirtualBox for several days now. I have run into countless problems, each of which took hours to resolve. Right now, the problem is that Windows seems to be in the setup stage (it has completed the "Installing..." part), and it asks me questions such as "What region do you live in," "Who is using this computer," "Create a password," etc. It keeps asking me the same questions over and over again.
It will often say "Something went wrong. You can try again, or skip for now." Also says OOBKEYBOARD or OOBWELCOME underneath this. Sometimes when I click "Skip," it moves on to the next prompt (after loading for >10 minutes, of course). Other times, however, it goes back to the first question, "What region do you live in?"
I have not been able to get to the end of the setting without it going back to the beginning like that. This is extremely frustrating and I would appreciate an explanation.

Re: Difficulty Installing Windows
Something you might try:
1. Shutdown the VM and quit VirtualBox
2. Open System Preferences|Security & Privacy then unlock it
3. Click the Privacy button at the top of the pane
4. Select Accessibility and uncheck VirtualBox
5. Select Input Monitoring and uncheck VirtualBox VM
6. Quit System Preferences
7. Run VirtualBox and retry installing your VM
