Windows 2000 Guest Crashes on Shutdown/Reboot

I have the same problem. I have Win2000 installed (all the latest patches), running on a new (dual core, 2MHz, 1.5GB RAM) Mac Mini, but after Tools 2.0.2 was installed, when one shutsdown/reboots I get the "stripy bluescreen of death".

This seems to trash any changes made in the previous session.

The suggested solution is to install Tools 2.0.0 instead, extracted from the older version.

I checked - uninstalling Tools 2.0.2 does indeed correct the problem (but then lost of complaints about VGA drivers not being present etc.)

The PC version is available on filehippo ... but I can't find a Mac version.

Can anyone help ?

(Either pointing me at a 2.0.0 DMG, or even better just the Tools 2.0.0).

Ah, looks like a known bug: http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/2254

Also, found the old versions: http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Download_Old_Builds

However, I'm not sure how to extract the "Guest Additions" ISO from any of these files !
