Corrupted Display in Application on Windows10 Guest

My Windows 10 Guest (Ubuntu 19.10 host) is displaying sharded graphics on two CAD programmes that I'm running. Both Applications are based on the IntelliCAD AutoCAD implementation, although they present slightly differently.

The ProgeCAD Application (see screenshots attached) shows the drawing in three sharded sections. The image is upside down and text is rendered upside down and backwards.

The other application (NanoCAD) renders the drawing correctly but zooming tends to show partial residue of the drawing lines.
