Hello,
I'm using the VirtualBox 6.1.2r135662 on Debian 10.3 x86_64. The VirtualBox can't detect the USB device that connected to my PC:

Code: Select all

$ lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 09da:c10a A4Tech Co., Ltd.
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 1c4f:0026 SiGma Micro Keyboard
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 1058:0730 Western Digital Technologies, Inc. My Passport Essential (WDBACY)
And:

Code: Select all

$ mount
/dev/sr1 on /media/jason/WD Unlocker type udf (ro,nosuid,nodev,relatime,uid=1000,gid=1000,iocharset=utf8,uhelper=udisks2)
I installed the Extension Pack too, but problem not solved.
Any idea?

Thank you.

You don't mention joining the vboxusers group and restarting the host. See user manual section 3.11.
