Been having trouble with Windows 95

I can get all the way through the setup to where it asks to remove the floppy disk then restart but after I remove the floppy and restart it puts me at the startup menu and any option I select leads to an error saying "While initializing device IOS : Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer"
