Failed to connect to open session

Im getting the below

The native API dll was not found (C:\Windows\system32\WinHvPlatform.dll) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Seems to me the first place to look is right here:

Open the BIOS and turn on the host's Virtualization Technology, or whatever it's called. Google for how to do this.
