Installed VirtualBox Version 5.2.32_Ubuntu r132056. create virtual machine with Kali. Download the correct file Kali Linux VirtualBox 64-Bit OVA on offensive-security . com.
All seem to be correct. But still black screen. I'm ready to send you the log file.

It looks like you're using the Ubuntu fork version of VirtualBox. You can even add VirtualBox as a repository, so you could use your traditional install/upgrade/uninstall tools.
