The guest additions have not been installed, all you did was insert the CD. You need to browse to the virtual CD drive inside the guest and run VBoxWindowsAdditions.exe.
Also, Windows 10 performance on one core will be terrible. Change it to 2, no more and no less.
You should probably enable 3D acceleration too.

Well despite the difficulties we might have had in this problem, suddenly after a bit of reading the VBOX documentation provided, I decided to add my user name to the group vboxusers and mouse integration is now OK.
