VirtualBox 6.0.6 r130049 on Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa

Post by martinmicevski »

Hello friends,

My name is Martin. Im using VirtualBox with several virtual machines on Linux host (Mint 19.1 Tessa). The version of VirtualBox is 6.0.6. Everything was good until today..
Today I faced a problem when i try to run on of my virtual machines. I get this error
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Test.

The virtual machine 'Test' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: MachineWrap
Interface: IMachine {5047460a-265d-4538-b23e-ddba5fb84976}
What I try is:
* reboot the pc;
* reinstall the VirtualBox;
* upgrade the Kernel (I read somwhere that this could be a problem);
* Completly remove VirtualBox and install again;

I dont think that this would be a reason but.. I have this error after a couple updates that I get today

Has the virtual machine "Test" got as far as creating a VBox.log file? If so, zip it up to save space and attach it to the thread.

My crystal ball is currently broken. If you want assistance you are going to have to give me all of the necessary information.
Please don't ask me to do your homework for you, I have more than enough of my own things to do.
