Re: Guru Meditation state in Ubuntu 16.04 host
This is the Guru Meditation that you're getting.00:00:00.268100 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -4017 (VERR_VMX_UNEXPECTED_INTERRUPTION_EXIT_TYPE)
And this is why you're getting it; you're trying to run nested virtualization! VirtualBox inside QEMU.00:00:00.018539 DMI Product Name: Standard PC (i440FX + PIIX, 1996) 00:00:00.018545 DMI Product Version: pc-i440fx-xenial 00:00:00.257217 Full Name: "QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+"
Unfortunately this is not supported. The only supported combination is VirtualBox ≥ 6.0.0, inside VirtualBox ≥ 6.0.0, running on an AMD CPU (so far). You might want to ask the QEMU people why is it that their virtualization is causing this...
