(VB 5.2.26, then VB 6.0.4; host is Mint 19.1)
I no longer have sound on any of my VMs (Windows 10, LMDE3, OpenSUSE LEAP). I've tried changing settings in the Audio of each VM, but nothing I do makes any difference. The sound device shows up as working on all systems.
The only thing I can think of is that I changed my GPU, from Nvidia GTX 960 to AMD R9 290. If this is the problem, is there a fix?

Re: No sound on any guests
UPDATE: OK, this makes no sense. I installed LMDE3 (after upgrading to VB 6.0.4) and sound works, setup the exact same way as my other 2 VMs (both created with VB 5.2.26).

Re: No sound on any guests
UPDATE #2: now all of my VMs have sound. I've done no updates on the host or the VMs...I give up.

Glad you got it... going?
Thanks for trying to mark this as [Solved], but since we don't usually believe that magic is an acceptable solution, I'll remark this as [WorksForMe]. It actually is more... appropriate.
