When I create a virtual machine and start, the menu is displayed and I choose graphical install
and then the error message appears. I changed the version and restart I always get the same message.

You should check that you have VT-x/AMD-V enabled in the BIOS of the host if your CPU supports it. In the guest settings you can go to System -> Processor and enable PAE.
If you need any additional help then we are going to need much more detail... host OS and exact version, guest OS including exact version and a VBox.log file (zipped of course).
