I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 host. Any time I restore a saved snapshot of any of my VMs--regardless of the guest OS--the restored snapshot comes up frozen, and I have to restart it by hitting "X" in the VirtualBox window and selecting "Power off the machine." After that, the restarted snapshot works just fine.
I'd prefer not to have to restart a snapshot every time I restore it. Is there a fix for this? Please let me know.
Thanks to the community for all of your help!

Re: Restored Snapshot is Frozen and Requires Restart
After further examination and testing, the issue does seem to be limited to a particular snapshot, so there seems to be something wrong with just that snapshot. I guess I posted too quickly.

Did you take a live snapshot? While the VM was running?Scapulomancy wrote:Any time I restore a saved snapshot of any of my VMs
