PHPVirtualBox Admin login has no access to File->Preferences->User

Does anyone know a way to add the "admin" functionality back to the PhPVirtualUser Admin account? Do I need to edit a file or change a database entry somewhere?

I think I've disabled user account control for the PHPVirtualBox Admin account. I've gone through the

procedure in an attempt to restore them, but it was not effective.

I don't remember doing this, but apparently, I did!

I think it might be like this out-of-the-box now. All the javascript and panes are still in place for user administration in phpVirtualBox, but I think it's now all being handled elsewhere. Perhaps it's time to deprecate documentation about that aspect? Or maybe I did mess it up?
