You are running the Ubuntu fork of VirtualBox, you are not running VirtualBox and therefore cannot receive support on these forums: you should go to the Ubuntu forums for support, or install the official version of VirtualBox.

I will however direct you to the FAQ: FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

Your Pentium T4200 CPU does not support VT-x, therefore you cannot create 64bit VMs in VirtualBox - and many other features may not work very well. VT-x has been a standard component of PCs for around a decade now, hence VirtualBox has less and less provision for systems that don't support it (or AMD-v).
