VirtualBox on ASUS N3150I-C motherboard

Greetings to all,

Does anybody know/has experienced using ASUS N3150I-C motherboard and found any limitations? Does it run on it?

The N3150I-C appears to use an Intel Celeron N3150 which has 4 cores, supports 8GB RAM and VT-x support so has all the basics required for running VirtualBox. The spec is probably enough to run one guest but I wouldn't try to run more than one guest at once.
