Well, I have had at least 3 crashes during the week, after I set it to do daily raid-checks.
Logs will be uploaded to the ticket.

Hi.

Good news:

This week the machine didn't crash...
...but the other machine (that I told wasn't working much yet) crashed.

I checked and apparently the option of the I/O cash is switched off when the machine is imported from the OVA file.

I activated the option on this second machine and will check next week how thing will run...

Cheers.

There are a lot of settings/options not transferred when a VM is "translated" (or "downgraded") to an OVA.

If you're moving a VM from a VirtualBox installation to another VirtualBox installation, exporting/importing is *not* your best option, the best option is a simple copy/register the VM. See the FAQ "Moving a VM".
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

Hi.

Sorry for taking so long to answer.

This specific VM was provided to me in this specific genetic format, I didn't change most of the imported options.

Cheers.

Read my previous message again:

I've read your previous message and understood it..

I just wanted to say that: OVA was the option I had for the VM, I had to go with it.

This statement gave the impression that I should I've done things differently about importing/exporting, but that wasn't the case because the VM origin was not mine.

And remember that this was about the second VM that was recent, the old one (from 2009 that came from VMWare and I was also having problems) was transferred by be in a different way.

Cheers.
