SHUTDOWN=acpibutton not work

Hello Forum,

I use a CentOS6 System and want to shudown my VM with the /etc/init.d/vboxdrv script.
So I make a Default file /etc/Default/virtualbox with this lines:

SHUTDOWN_USERS="all"
SHUTDOWN=acpibutton

If I use

service vboxdrv stop

the VM shutdown with apibutton shutdown, but if I use shutdown -h now, shutdown -r now the apibutton shutdown not work.
K80vboxdrv exist on rc0, rc1 and rc6
Whats wrong?
