[Solved] VirtualBox installation fails; wrong UTF-8 ?

Hi

I have downloaded virtualbox-5.2_5.2.4-119785~Ubuntu~xenial_amd64, checked its sha256, tried to install it in a XUbuntu 16.04 64 bit and got the following return :
