VirtualBox on Debian Install

Hi I hope this is in the right place.
I have little knowlege yet of depackage command on Linux(debian)
I have used stretch and KDE.
I have download the debian package X64 and am trying to install it, I get the following output.
as indicating above when I try running virtualbos in sbin it does not work(resulting in a loop asking for root password)

There were problems setting up VirtualBox. To re-start the set-up process, run
/sbin/vboxconfig
as root.
