Broken update to VirtualBox-5.2-5.2.0_118431_el7-1.x86_64.rpm

Prompted to perform the update from VirtualBox-5.1-5.1.30_118389_el7-1.x86_64 to VirtualBox-5.2-5.2.0_118431_el7-1.x86_64.rpm

My installation is now totally broken, is argues that the extension pack is a mismatch for the installed version.

I did notice when I tried to run it via CLI:

[kramer9 ~]$ sudo yum install VirtualBox-5.2-5.2.0_118431_el7-1.x86_64.rpm

It stands to reason that the OS repo does not have the new version available. But you do have the new version installed and just need the matching Extension pack available here.
