This doesn't look like a standard VirtualBox log. Where did you get VirtualBox from? If you got it from Ubuntu's store, uninstall it and install the official version from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

I had download VBox 5.1.6 from link on homepage of virtualbox_org so guest additions....
I try to re-download the same version (latest).

i installed the deb version downloaded trought Ubuntu Software Center (GNOME software) but under KDE GUI, are there the problem?
No other dependence to install are required at install time.

This could very well be the problem. their software center is total junk. I would remove the version that is installed now and then use dpkg to install the right version you downloaded from VirtualBox.

That said it may just be because raw mode without VT-x/AMD-v is not really supported that well anymore.
